The Session (Elders) has also approved the Board bringing to the congregation an update of on its exploration of the development of the property with a view to releasing assets and finances for ministry and maintenance into the future. The Board in particular will place before the congregation a proposal to obtain professional help through an architectural firm which consults with churches to assist them in this area, involving town planners and development consultants to maximise potential yield of the use of any property that is not deemed necessary for our mission as a congregation. As this will include a cost greater than what has been budgeted for Strategic planning it was decided that this should be brought before the congregation for consideration.
